From the hostess to the staff to the delicious brunch, everything was marvelous! All 4 of us look forward to returning!
Great addition to the food scene in Blowing Rock. Wonderful food preparation and presentation. Service somewhat slow. Prices could be more reasonable. Additional .5% convenience fee for credit card use questionable; unusual for a fine restaurant.
Don't skip the rainbow trout with coconut curry sauce. Over the top delicious. Our rice was not the Carolina Gold rice but regular rice. Being from the low country of SC I know it can be hard to find.

Hearth @ Embers is an upscale restaurant in Blowing Rock with a varied menu. Guests enjoyed dishes like Burrata, shrimp tacos, and a delicious turkey meatloaf. The beef filet was tasty and tender, and the salmon was equally good. The roasted brussel sprout appetizer was flavorful. The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent, with trout dip for appetizer and halibut for entree being very good. Service was attentive and professional. Outside dining is recommended as it can be noisy inside.
