“Food was excellent and prepared by a skilled Japanese Chef and for the amount of Food plus Soup,?salad,? shrimp ? appetizer and fried banana ? treat on top of the entree a good price If you like traditional Japanese Lunch is cheaper with smaller portions.“

“The food here never disappoints. My best compliments to the cooks!!! Amazing flavor and good presentation. Only complaint is servers being rude. Not engaging or sincere when coming to the table. Very disappointing when I’ve had great service here in the past.“

“This was a very pleasant dining experience. We loved everything, and there was plenty of it! 3 of us got a ginger salad, vegetables with fried rice and sweet carrots, with a side of broccoli. Delicious. One of us got terriaki chicken with mushrooms, fried rice, and sweet carrots. They also got the soup. She said it was delicious, and the portions were big. I can't wait to go back! The service was also excellent.“

“So good, we went back the next night. Stayed in Blowing Rock just two nights and after our first dinner at The Moon, we had to go back and try more of the menu. Great flavors, friendly and attentive staff, and cozy atmosphere set in the mountain. Like carved into it. Having lived in flat Wisconsin, we got a kick out of the hilly driveway and parking area. Overall really enjoyable experience.“
