“Very disappointed in this location. Went to the cow event and my 3 year old wanted a picture/hug with the cow. the cow didn't pay her any attention and barely stayed out before returning to the back. then I tried to order food and the cashier said she would be right back. when she returned she skipped me and my kids when we was trying to order and started taking the people behind us order. we left and took our business to another restaurant.“

“The pizza from this location is always made properly even though we admittedly order pizzas with modifications like light sauce and extra or added and removed toppings. The delivery times can be a bit long but they seem to be well staffed with plenty of drivers so this is usually limited to the busiest times and days of the week. The drivers are always polite during the brief interactions I have with them when they drop our order off.

Parking: This is a small location so they don't have or need a lot of parking spaces. When I order pizzas to be picked up I've never had an issue finding a parking spot.“

“This KFC is the best. The wings fell off the bone. Chicken was perfect! The staff was awesome. When I’m back down this way, I’ll definitely come back!!To the young lady at the counter, you rock! Your baby will be blessed with lots of hair! ?“

“This is disgusting. Like, I've not seen any employees with gloves on. The person at the window NEVER gets all my food order right. I'm always missing food and to top it all off, the chicken nuggets my kid was eating were slimy and undercooked. ??‍♀️ the person at the window with the triangle tattoo by the side of their neck/ear was picking at their skin and back then proceeded to handle food and drinks without washing hands or wearing gloves. ?‍♀️ I have stopped going to this one and go to just the taco bell in Shelby because of that.“

“Overall a decent Hardees experience, was helped automatically, food came relatively quick, and was roughly as good as it always is, place was a little messy but P.O.S. employee cleaned it up as I was eating, so no fault there. Have had a lot worse experiences at different Hardee's but not much better“

“The food is really good, but I am thankful that I just didn't want onions on my sandwich and I am not allergic. I opened the sandwich and didn't see any, so took a bite. There were thin pieces of onion skin mixed in with the cheese in a way they can't be easily seen and picked off. Seemed almost like someone forgot and picked off what they could. Whatever happened, it clearly says no onion on the receipt. The fries were really good, though.“
