“I just witnessed a crazy customer at this location swearing up a storm at the associates in the drive thru because she disagreed with a car getting to go ahead of her. I was so impressed with the way the associates and manager handled this situation. They’re always kind and helpful here, and they deserve more grace and patience than they get.“

Parking: There was plenty of room to park and the parking lot was clean and just looked nice

Kid-friendliness: Everyone who works there is respectful and friendly, I haven't heard or seen anything that isn't appropriate for kids in the entire time I've been going here for food“

“The pizza from this location is always made properly even though we admittedly order pizzas with modifications like light sauce and extra or added and removed toppings. The delivery times can be a bit long but they seem to be well staffed with plenty of drivers so this is usually limited to the busiest times and days of the week. The drivers are always polite during the brief interactions I have with them when they drop our order off.

Parking: This is a small location so they don't have or need a lot of parking spaces. When I order pizzas to be picked up I've never had an issue finding a parking spot.“

“This KFC is the best. The wings fell off the bone. Chicken was perfect! The staff was awesome. When I’m back down this way, I’ll definitely come back!!To the young lady at the counter, you rock! Your baby will be blessed with lots of hair! ?“

“This is disgusting. Like, I've not seen any employees with gloves on. The person at the window NEVER gets all my food order right. I'm always missing food and to top it all off, the chicken nuggets my kid was eating were slimy and undercooked. ??‍♀️ the person at the window with the triangle tattoo by the side of their neck/ear was picking at their skin and back then proceeded to handle food and drinks without washing hands or wearing gloves. ?‍♀️ I have stopped going to this one and go to just the taco bell in Shelby because of that.“

“Had an issue with my order and the general manager Jeremy did everything in his power to make it right, he took what would have made me turn away from his business and turned me into a constant repeat customer with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location and I hope Checkers Corporate is paying Jeremy enough to keep him because he is a gem.“

“Best Hardee’s in this area period, point blank. That morning staff is A1. Friendly staff, fresh food and faster than lighting striking while keeping up grade A food quality. Keep it up. My family and I enjoy getting breakfast from this location. They are located near the hospital in Shelby give them a try you won’t regret it. I personally like the chicken platter.“

“First time I had ever been to an Arby’s, I have to say I was somewhat impressed. The roast beef was meh but the service was fast, the restaurant was very clean, and the fries were incredible. They were curly which is cool, the fries were actually crispy unlike most fast food restaurants. They were seasoned and could easily be eaten without sauces. The Horsey sauce was new to me and it was just weird. Won’t eat that again. I’d say Arby’s is pretty good.
