I’ll be the first to admit I’m not usually a breakfast all day type person, but this hidden gem was everything we hoped for and then some. From the retro vibe to the jamming music to the friendly staff and the delicious food. I ordered breakfast tacos with chorizo, my mother splurged on the cheesesteak tacos (phenomenal!), and my son inhaled his patty melt so fast I was worried for his safety. We also order the fruit as a side which consisted of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries - everything you dream of as a side of fruit but hardly ever receive. Stop here for the atmosphere and the FOOD. You won’t be disappointed.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps

The food was decent, didn't have a lot of flavor, and most came out chilled. What really drove this review was the customer service, or lack there of. I had to search out several different waitresses to get coffee refill, then it was luke warm, had to find another one to get cream, my point is no one was attentive, they avoided eye contact, walked past ignoring us. No refills on drinks, no check, had to figure out where to pay. They also don't let you know when you're seated how you go about ordering (there's small print with a QR code on the napkin holder where you scan and order... and that's fine, but at least tell the table when they are seated so people know what in the world to do or why the staff is strolling by not saying anything). All in all, was very let down by this place. Had a lot of potential, but a restaurant is only as good as the people working there. One of the ladies was very nice once we asked her things, but other than that we never saw her again.

I love the women restrooms! Are amazing ✨ We ordered a burritow (huge and delicious) and crispy chicken with coffee and mimosa! I like the mimosa $3 from Monday to Friday, the atmosphere is totally “American” and that’s funny! It’s difficult to find parking. Sometimes I’m old school and would prefer a normal menu and order how I want my food, I mean is a good idea that you can order from you phone no contact human but first they should ask if you want “traditional service experience “ and don’t only suppose that you have phone and mobile data.

This was my favorite place i ate ate while in Boone/ Blowing Rock. It's so freaking good. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted so yummy. Had a southern food feeling. YOU NEED TO TRY. I got the southern bell biscuit which was to die for and the potato's with cheesy gravy on top. The potato's themselves where amazing but with the gravy on top made them even more good. My boyfriend go the family van and grits. Both the grits and biscuit he said were so good. Perfect breakfast place!!!!

I've eaten here in person and to-go orders quite a few times now. Highly recommend!! The place itself is so cute and a warm, 60s/70s vibe inside. All of the staff have been super nice and helpful. All my to-go orders have been just as good as my sit down in-persons. The photo of my takeout doesn't do the flavors justice, disregard that it traveled with me in my car to the location before being devoured but trust me when I say you can't go wrong with anything here. Yogurt parfait is so good, their biscuits to die for, and now a new favorite their breakfast tacos.

This is hands down my favorite place to eat breakfast or lunch in all of Boone. The food is exquisite, they cook with the finest ingredients, and it’s always a wonderful experience. They also offer fun options in the form of limited specials that are always good and offer fun options. I cannot recommend them enough. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and the restaurant is comfortable, rustic, and cute. The vibes are amazing.

Great place, awesome food, open atmosphere, attentive staff, and not a long wait. Brian is the man. Enjoy his awesome food here at the restaurant or a couple blocks down Howard St at his Everybody's Loaded Biscuit food truck. Also, if you are into disc golf, there is a putting league that meets here on Wed evenings when the restaurant is closed.Parking: Free parking directly across Howard St in the parking lot and also along Howard St in front of the building.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

First time visit. I ordered the Patty Melt with fried potatoes and cheese gravy on the side. We also had a biscuit and gravy. Everything was awesome! The cheeses used are very good and local! The biscuits and gravy were some of the best I’ve had! The seasoning on them is spot on. I want to go back to try other stuff too! The staff was all nice as well. Will definitely be back!

Great biscuits and you won’t leave feeling hungry. The waffle sticks and tenders are one of my favorites. Granddaughters love the biscuits and bacon bags. Every time we are in Boone we make sure to stop here or at the truck.

I’ve come here 3 times, ordered 3 different things, and I’ve left happy and full every time. The flavors are unique and work well together, the service is both hands off and fast, and ingredients are sourced locally. Of all the new biscuit/breakfast places in Boone, this one is actually worth coming to.The Eggs Bennydish, Black Garlic Brunch Burger, and the Chicken Sandwich are all delicious (the sandwiches are a little messy, but in the best way). They use Ashe county cheese for their grits and cheese gravy are both delicious. I highly recommend these dishes in particular. Also $3 mimosas is a helluva deal

The place we were staying told us to get out early to beat the crowds for breakfast so we got here at 7:15 and we were the only ones in here. It was great. My favorite meal I had while in Boone,
