We love CoBo. All the food is excellent. Pictured is the Burning Man and the Red Dragon. It's tough to get a table, make sure you get a reservation...or a snack while you wait. ?
We discovered CoBo Sushi Bistro & Bar through its glowing online reviews. Upon arrival, we noticed a parking lot across the street, as well as convenient street parking options. Despite our prompt arrival for dinner, the restaurant was already bustling, and we secured seats at the bar.
