Prices are pricey for what you have to pay out to get a ready to go or dine in so you don't have to cook yourself. It is a lot hell a lot cheaper to do it yourself. Kentucky Fried Chicken is making serious money. People must really love that secret recipe to pay those prices.

I’m a visually impaired mom who is traveling with two kids. I stopped at this KFC because my youngest daughter was begging for macaroni and cheese. The cashier, Autumn, noticed my struggle with reading the menu boards and offered to help accommodate my disability every way she could offer. Thank you, Autumn for all of your help. You made a stressful lunch with tired children a little easier.

So my friends and I walked in craving some kfc because we haven’t had it in a while. As we walked in the guy in front counter asked if it was “to go” and we told him no it was for here, he continued to roll his eyes and not even acknowledge us. My friend was playing and said something about Taco Bell because we were from Burnsville NC. He then said “it was down the road buddy” so we left. Never again.

The worst experience I've ever had at a dining establishment. Jeremy, the GM is the rudest individual I've ever met at that position and whoever owns this establishment needs to seriously reconsider his employment. The experience was so bad that I threw the food away because how could they care about the food if they care so little about the patrons. And to think, I ordered online for pickup, made a request for a thigh to be substituted for a leg and to hear so abruptly from the GM that they don't "remake" orders was dumbfounding. So you mean to tell me, that instead of swapping out a piece of chicken you'd rather ruin a customers experience and lose them for life. I feel so sorry for the other to workers that worked today with him. He has to be the worst boss ever and I hate you have to deal with him daily. Boone KFC has officially lost a customer and anyone I know will be alerted to Jeremy the GM's disgusting behavior. I'm at taste grill about to enjoy a better meal for less. Thanks for narrowing down my meal options in Boone Jeremy the General Manager of KFC..I didn't need that greasy chicken anyways✌️
I don't know what has happened to KFC. The chicken now is so tiny that when you take two bikes you start hitting bone. It's always soggy and it's just not like it used to be years ago. I miss the old KFC.

Pleasantly surprised. I ordered on the website and the food was ready for pickup inside the store very quickly. Food was pretty good although I think the fried chicken could have been a little bit better. Also I ordered a 12 piece box and two of the pieces were tiny with barely any meat on them. Other than that pretty good. I'd go back.

Food was ordered via KFC application on my cell phone, Food was very good but mobile order was wrong, I only got 2 piece but ordered a 3 piece. Always check before driving off. I did not go back due to me being on my lunch break.
