It's McDonalds, so you know what you are getting. I like the atmosphere in this McD's, but the waiting area is kind of strange. This is a college town, so takeout is most common, but inside is nice

Can't say enough about the amazing service at this McDonald's! They were open bright and early after Hurricane Helene, when no one in Boone had any water. There were tons of people getting food that morning, but the entire crew was working so hard to fulfill the deluge of orders that they were receiving. The manager (or perhaps the owner-a lovely gentleman with glasses) was right in the thick of it bagging the food and dealing with the customers who had the audacity...

Food was yummy as I ordered. (BUT the middle aged, grey haired, heavier set white woman with square glasses needs to be retrained on basic customer service. I get having a bad day but just staring at me, not responding when I say “good morning, thank you very much” is rude.) Thank you.
