Order from the app and paid with Apple Pay something happened with the app which I realize isn’t the stores fault but my wife called to confirm and we thought it might have been saved under a contact we called and confirmed with the store it was under a friends name. So I went to pick up after we confirmed over the phone I went in and they said no they hadn’t. Papa John's new pan pizza is absolutely horrible. They're trying to imitate Pizza Hut but the dough is just nasty. It has a horrible taste. If you want decent pan pizza go to Pizza Hut, otherwise stick with PJ's hand tossed. Oh, and PJ's pan pizza is NOT a large, it's maybe the size of a medium, definitely not worth the $.
Ordered online, waited way over an hour while Megan slammed the phones down, turned away customers , hung up on folks calling in orders. This is absolutely shameful to have that kind of customer service. I will never go in there again and I am contacting upper mgmt. for NFL sponsors they ruined out game day
