“Overall, this location performs well. The environment is clean, the food is fresh, and the bread quality is excellent. The sandwiches are light and well-prepared.
However, the coffee quality was clearly an issue during this visit. I ordered hot coffee, but it was cold when I drank it. More importantly, this wasn’t an isolated case—two out of four coffee options were cold, suggesting a systematic issue rather than a one-time mistake.
For a brand like Panera Bread, coffee should be a basic and consistent offering. This experience did not meet that standard. It may indicate problems with refill frequency, temperature maintenance, or in-store management.
I recommend implementing stricter checks to ensure all coffee is served at the proper temperature and refreshed regularly.
While the overall experience is still decent, the coffee quality needs clear improvement, as it can affect customer return decisions.“

“Place was really nice. Appetizers really good, bread and soup were amazing. We had the arancini as an appetizer and the tomato bisque for the soup.
The main dishes weren’t that show stopping we had the Marsala chicken and the piccata.“
