“Came here with a group of 4 for my birthday dinner and absolutely loved it! Cozy vibe, great food and excellent service. Highlights: Brussel sprouts, Caesar salad, filet and meatloaf. Server was on top of it the entire time. Very knowledgeable on the menu, gave recommendations, and was super attentive throughout the entire meal. Thanks for a great experience!!“
“Cracker barrel is one of our favorite restaurants. The food arrived to the table quickly and our waitress was attentive. The shop was clean and organized and cashiers quickly and efficiently checked customers out so we weren’t standing long.“

Not greasy but very tender and moist.The crispy crust was perfect.Wifey enjoyed trout. “Let me tell you something: if you want to throw down on some truly SATISFYING southern fare, Proper is the place to do just that! There is hardly a single thing on the menu I haven't licked my plate clean after eating, but I GOTTA give a special shout out to those fried green tomatoes with the pimento cheese AND that meatloaf. I don't know who is in that kitchen, but they are FREAKING it Thursday through Sunday! Thank god for this place.“
