The food is always fantastic and the customer service is always outstanding, with a friendly staff. Health scores are always higher than other restaurants in town. However, long lines form inside and in the drive-thru during the day, and the food can be sloppy when prepared. The restaurant seems to be understaffed and the drive-thru wait can be a very good while. Everything is awesome on the second shift with hotter, better food.
