Brevard has 2 Thai resturants, 3 Japanese, 1 Chinese and an Asian buffet.
Asian hold its own in this field with a Japanese/Chinese menue. Nothing too exotic, just main stream Staples like General Tso chicken, a good selection of teriyaki and lowmein. What stood out for me was the fried rice, which can be had as a stand alone entree or ordered instead of steamed white rice with dinner items, at no additional charge.

Asahi Sushi House is a Japanese/Chinese restaurant in Brevard. The menu has main stream staples like General Tso chicken, a good selection of teriyaki and lowmein, and fried rice. The fried rice can be a stand alone entree or ordered instead of steamed white rice with dinner items, at no additional charge. The miso soup is the best, and the salad and miso are so fresh. The sushi is delicious and beautifully presented, with the mango roll called the best in the universe. The Mongolian beef is so tender and incredible. The soft shell crab sushi fell a bit short. The atmosphere is nice, cozy, and a cut above, with booths, tables, and seating at the sushi bar. The service is friendly and attentive, and the waitress was awesome, helpful with the menu, and knowledgeable. It is family owned and operated. The food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Reasonably priced for lunch and dinner.
