It is SO hard to find an authentic Italian market, with good meats and quality fresh items locally. I work in Burlington so when I found out about this place I HAD to go. I ordered 3 different paninis, the Fico, Capra, and Affumicato. All of them were DELICIOUS. You can tell from a mile away that the focaccia is fresh and the meats are superb. il Centro Salumeria provided several items for our Family Weekend get together. All the food was prepared with care and everyone raved about the tastes. We recommend the lasagne verde all bolognese, the baked cacio e pepe, the pizza al taglio Margherita and the meatballs. Insalata mista was also a favorite. In a world of knockoffs, this place is the real deal! Will definitely be back, thank you!
Unassuming on the outside but full of wonderful surprises on the inside! When you walk in, you see a deli case full of cured meats and salami, fresh salads and desserts of the day. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara and fresh salad.The chef went straight to work, making the pasta dish fresh and assembling the pasta.
