“We've been here quite a few times now, and the food is always great. The service is usually pretty good, but every once in a while you won't see someone for a while. My "go to" meal is the Texas ACP, and they make it well here. I tried the Super Chihuahua this time, and it was a lot of food, but also very good. Also, it’s been a different experience several times we’ve gone, and not in a bad way. We’ve gone in and it’s been a very quiet night, and other times a bit more lively, but overall very pleasant.“

“I LITERALLY eat at this location every week if possible and have been doing so for years now. I have eaten hibachi at restaurants in several states at different times and this place still is the best place despite what others say. The women working in the front know who I am when I call or come in without calling and they are always happy and nice. They have yet to give me bad food once or got my order wrong even to the smallest detail it's right on time and priced great. So don't believe the everything u read or hear and go see for yourself. It's worth it“

“My husband and I visited on Valentine's Day for the Chocolate and Bourbon class. We had a great time. The class was entertaining and we learned things we didn't know about how to grade bourbon and truly understand how the flavor of each one is different. The tour of the distillery was also engaging. I highly recommend a visit here. The best part is, we are supporting NC farmers and a dream to become the best Bourbon in the World(and they have earned that distinction). We will definately be back soon, bringing friends and our children who are legal!!! Great job to all who had a hand in our visit last night!! We enjoyed meeting you!“

“We were there for a dog adoption event and I decided to try one of their ciders. I got the Tart Cherry Cider and it was really good. The location is great, but the parking is somewhat challenging to find. I love that they had a lot of ciders, since I have Celiac and am gluten free. But I would love it if some of their beer offerings were also gluten free/gluten reduced.

The space itself is awesome. They have a large game room with a pool table and arcade games, that one of my teenagers really gravitated towards.

And the dog adoption event with Freedom Ride Rescue was great! So many lovable dog options, from young to old, and the fosters were very knowledgeable about the temperament and backstory of each one. Overall, a great experience!“

“It’s my first time eating here and I loved the food. I had egg and cheese omelets, home fries, bacon, and a fish patty. It was all very good. The staff were friendly and the I liked the atmosphere of the cafeteria. The only con I can think of is that I live so far away. I stopped by here on the way to a doctor’s appointment and I’m glad I did. I apologize for posting a photo of a partially eaten breakfast but I was enjoying this meal before I thought to take a picture.“

“Ate lunch here. I had lengua tacos and they were extremely flavorful compared to some food trucks I frequent. If you’re looking for taco truck style food that is made with care, look no further. I have not yet tried the breakfast truck that sits outside or shopped the carnecería but will definitely be back to do so.“

“A part of my order was not delivered, although I ordered on their direct website. when I called to ask for a refund, I was told that they would not do so because they are only responsible for making the food. Noone offered to contact the driver service to rectify. Instead, when I mentioned that I could only choose to not use the restaurant again, I was laughed at. Very unfortunate. I used to greatly enjoy this location. UPDATE: The restaurant reached out, apologized, and are doing what they can to make it right. I appreciate the follow up, and I totally will go back. The food is good, and they are one of the few places in that part of Durham that isn't a chain.“

“This place is the best of three chinese restaurants around me... Their egg rolls are a little cheaper and bigger.. Their plastic food containers are nice and not made of black recycled computers which the others use. Their portion seemed generally bigger here... The only catches they are cash only , Which is ok by me.

“This is the only authentic pizza joint in Durham, serving the only authentic pie in Durnam. They kind of screwed it up by putting in a schmaltzy "cafe" bar but the pizza remains undamaged.“

“This buffet has many offerings: sushi, hibachi, fried foods, seafood, beef, pork, vegetables, fruits, ice cream,and other selections. It is probably the largest (options wise) in north Durham. The food was hot, the table service was quick, and it was clean.

I will be returning, it was good!!! If you like buffets, I feel you will enjoy this one.“
