Decent selection of sushi better than expected in the area and it was fresh and very tasty. Roles were well composed and Sashimi was nicely sliced. Wish they had a wider variety of fish but all in all a great experience. Have only 2 unfiltered sakes tho.
I ordered fried soft-shell crab. It was covered with a white-ish tasteless coating and overcooked. At least it wasn’t greasy. I ate some of my friend’s tempura and I ordered a vegetable roll. Both were fine.
Coming from Miami it’s hard to find outstanding restaurants. I’ve eaten a lot of sushi in my life and I have to say this is a really good sushi restaurant. It surprised me. The first couple pieces of sashimi I ordered came up beautiful clean fish well cut not mangled. The wasabi was fresh. They make their own Miksu dressing.
