I have been a regular customer for years. Lately though when I call an order for a simple sub and get there around the 25 minutes they tell me I have had to wait another 15 minutes or so because it was not ready. I understand that times vary depending on how busy they are but the few times it was not busy. Also last time one of the cooks was throwing a hissy in the back cussing out one of the managers.
