A bit inconsistent, but when it's good, it's really, REALLY good. They make their tortillas (and chips) fresh, too. They also made the first buffalo wings I ever ate, and I've never had any that come close. Careful though, this food doesn't travel well. Eat it in the restaurant.
I've passed Armadillo Grill many times as there are so many good places to grab lunch in the area. I didn't realize this is a quick service style place, which serves me well on this day that I actually didn't have much time for a full sit down meal, and I hey, I'll spend less right? Wrong. I found the cashier helpful and nice enough. There was no line so I told her I'd never been there. She enthusiastically suggested a burrito bowl with a side of tortillas; sounds good.
