“Decent local independent coffee roaster that resells its beans in various locations. They do a decent job making drinks at the Open Eye Cafe, which is the retail location for the roasters. It's a pretty busy place, but they manage to take care of customers pretty quickly.“

“Order the Tigerz Woodz!! I repeat, ORDER THE TIGERZ WOODZ!!!! The most incredible Arnold Palmer you’ll ever have in your life. My dad has been ordering nothing but Arnie palmers when he goes out for the past 20+ years and he claimed this is the best one he’s ever had. The mango pie drink was also absolutely exquisite ?“

“We were next door having our windshield chip repaired and i waited till it was finished and decided to get something to eat. Saladelia was fantastic! I got tuna on sourdough (the softest i ever had) bread. The only downside is that they do not accept cash. But i just used my credit card. If you do not mind using your CC... Then i highly recommend Saladelia!
Btw.. they have Gluten free options as well.“
“The best coffee in town. And a atmosphere that’s work friendly and not one that includes crying babies drinking vanilla steamers.:) 😂🔥👌“

“Such a cute coffee shop on Franklin Street! There's a lot of space inside to do work or chat with friends. I got a lavender iced latte, which I thought tasted great. It's also the same price for any size drink! The barista was also very nice and helped me pick out coffee beans.“

“We decided to check this place out for breakfast and it was okay. The CrossFit place next door is horrible with noise but I understand that is out of their control. We didn’t know where to enter at first but the business shares the entrance with the Encounter church. The menu is limited, nothing comes with a side. The lattes are good. I got a bagel sandwich and it was good. However, my husband ordered chocolate chip pancakes but they tasted like cinnamon French toast.“

“My go-to coffee shop on campus! Great to support a non-profit run by students, for students!“
“This is a small branch of Saladelia in Marsico Hall on campus at UNC. They bring in food early in the morning with some hot and cold food choices such as breakfast sandwiches, soup, salads and grab and go items as well as coffee and bottled drinks. Clearly not as nice as the main cafe in Durham, but a nice choice to have for some variation from campus dining.“
“Cafe McColl is a delightful, business casual dining establishment where friends are family and family means olive garden. Tourists and locals alike flock to Cafe McColl, or "La Comida Grande", in search of coffee, food, or maybe just a smiling face. There are many options to choose from - Cafe McColl offers an international pantheon of exquisite and fairly priced meals for even the most discerning of palettes. Might this reviewer suggest the daringly authentic 'Kung Pao Chicken' or the whimsical and exotic "Cheese Quesadilla". If these sound intimidating to the reader, the cafe also offers bagels, a salad bar, and their lunch-time special, claustrophobia.“

Parking: Plenty of parking near and far.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly, with a delicious kids menu that doubles as an activity with crayons for all to enjoy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Nordstrom is wheelchair friendly with an elevator, and flat floors. Their tables are large enough to space in between sections to accommodate wheelchairs.“
“Came in right when they opened. Place was cleaned, lady was nice, available items are ok if you’re just looking for something to eat and not spend too much at the local food truck or going out. They have cold sandwiches as well as some hot items. Deserts, snacks, drinks, salads, etc. I purchased at the food truck before coming in here to eat, and should have came in here first. So, try for yourself first before going off someone else’s experience reviews. Specially when they’re negative comments.“

“I'm a lover of crepes and smoothies so I love this place. If you have a sweet tooth, a Nutella crepe with banana and/or strawberry is the way to go! for more of a savory dish, the chicken pesto crepe is my favorite. I also love the smoothies- all 3 flavors are delicious!“
“Five stars all the way you can never go home at Starbucks unless you get someone who doesn't know what the hell they're doing

Kid-friendliness: Kids are everywhere
Parking: Parking there was a huge parking lot because this is located inside a Target“
“I recently photographed a wedding at The Honeysuckle Tea House, and while the rain kept me from exploring the grounds as much as I’d have liked, it’s clear this is a unique and charming venue. The rustic, cozy atmosphere inside made for a warm and inviting setting despite the weather, and the surrounding greenery added a beautiful, natural backdrop. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the event, which made the day run smoothly. I can only imagine how lovely the outdoor areas must be on a clear day—definitely a venue worth considering for anyone wanting a scenic, laid-back space with great hospitality.“
“Beyu Blue, located near the Duke University bookstore, offers a convenient spot for students and faculty to grab coffee and espresso-based drinks. While the shop provides the basics caffeine seekers need, the overall atmosphere feels somewhat tired and dated.
The menu features standard coffee shop fare, including drip coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and other espresso drinks. The quality is generally acceptable, if not particularly standout.
The interior could use some refreshing to create a more inviting space. The worn furniture and dated decor give the impression that the shop has seen better days. Despite this, it remains a functional option for those needing a quick caffeine fix between classes or while browsing the bookstore.
In summary, Beyu Blue serves its purpose as a campus coffee spot, but don't expect a cutting-edge cafe experience. It's more about convenience and basic coffee needs than being a destination in itself.“

“Grata Dinner is a gem! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of his way to accommodate both me and my little ones. As a mom of three with celiac, I was thrilled to find such an extensive gluten-free menu. The pancakes, chicken and waffles, and the french toast were all amazing. You’d never know they were gluten free! Grata Dinner is a must visit.“
