“This is a walk up and order, but they do bring the food to your table. Fairly basic menu, farm to table, fresh. I had the peach ginger pop tart and Imll tell you it was fantastic. Real chunks of peach, subtle ginger flavor, soft but not mushy crust. For the healthier clientele, get the avocado toast, earthy mushrooms, hearty whole grain toast with a spark of chili oil. “Fearrington is a great place to visit and if you're walking around and need a bite to eat, this is the spot. Regardless of breakfast or lunch, the food is great. Can never go wrong with a grilled cheese and soup! They also have a separate mercantile area with a ton of specialty items. Great to look through if you need a gift for someone or even a nice bottle of wine to bring to an event (or crack open at home if that's your thing). I really wanted to like the coffee better. I ordered a vanilla latte and for some reason it tasted a bit off, maybe they used sugar free syrup? Maybe next time I'll forgo a coffee and choose from their beverage fridge.“
“I'm new to the area and was told about this place.... I had packed my coffee, but had missed breakfast. These fresh-baked muffins (maple!!) had my name all over them. So good. I also got an empanada for later. That was good too. I love this funky little place.“
