Today August 12, 2025 today one of the Domino’s drivers was honking at me in front of the domino restaurant he has a lot of space to enter, but he decided to keep honking at me and then I moved it forward for he can go and he parked. I was like why are you honking at me? He started cussing me out and and he came up to my car and spitted it at my car. He’s a fat dude with glasses. He wears a hat he needs to get fired and the plate number of the car he was driving is KMB-4462

I drove 15 minutes to pick up my pizza. They gave me the wrong pizza, which I found out when I arrived home. They would not pick up their phone when I called to request a replacement to be prepared when I arrived. So, I had to reorder. They did not even say they were sorry or offer a discount etc etc I will not return.

I placed an order and the delivery service was completely unacceptable. My food was delivered by Maddox whom did not knock on my door and placed my food on the ground where bugs could have gotten to it had I not looked I wouldn't have known. When I called the store the person that answered the phone was very rude and had the nerve to essentially called me a liar as I tried to explain my situation. The manager Bianca would not come to the phone at all. There was no apology or any type of sentiment for the very rude and disrespectful experiencethat I had. When I called back for a second time Bianca did come to the phone but then handed the phone to another employee instead of handling the situation at hand from the beginning. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Honestly I give this store zero stars. This store needs better employees and managers that can represent dominos respectfully and understand the dynamics between company and customer.

Husband ordered a deliver pizza & cheesy bread online tonight around 8:45pm. When it showed out for delivery he went to stand outside. No one ever came. Online showed it was delivered to our address but we never received it. He called the store # to speak to a manager, it was just a recording. Tried for 30 minutes. I tried for 10 never got a person. So we drove to the Carrboro store. By now it’s about 10pm. There were no customers in the store, 2 delivery cars on the side. They weren’t busy, it’s a Tuesday night. A girl, Roxy, was rude, did not apologize, or say “I’m sorry” or smile or nothing a normal person would do. My husband was explaining we didn’t get the order and she said my husband “had an attitude”. Then I whipped my phone up to record everything. She didn’t apologize, backed way and just refunded his money, then walked toward the oven. I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed she was the manager. Worst customer server we’ve ever had! Don’t think we’ll be back if she’s still working there. This was their mistake and she acted like it was such an inconvenience. We have been customers for years. Oh yeah, she wouldn’t pick up the phone when we were trying to call because she knew it was their mistake! I’m still furious.

Worst Dominos pizza we ever had! Ordered a few of their specialty pizzas. For about $20/pizza the Hawaiian one had a total of one little pineapple piece per slice on it and the ham tasted expired. The specialty meat one was shockingly flavorless and the spinach Alfredo one was just dry and had barely anything on it. All were undercooked. I called and asked if I can bring them back to either get cooked properly or to leave them there and was told that they get baked on a conveyor belt which is programmed to perfect times. Well, according to all those bad reviews maybe that should be investigated and taste tests should be taking place. We usually like Domino’s but will definitely go to Papa John’s across the street in the future (…)

When my younger brother ordered a pizza the delivery driver got lost and when I tried to call the store to tell them they passed the location, I got stuck in an infinite loop of robocalls for 10 minutes. There is no way to get ahold of this store if something goes wrong, and no human employees on their phone lines. It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to delivery a pizza because no one answers the phone. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with deliveries, I almost never write negative reviews but this crossed a line for me. I used to work at a pizzeria and I would have gotten chewed out for pulling this kind of stunt.

Standard pizzas routinely come with no sauce whatsoever. Bought the parmesan stuffed crust and dough was raw just before the crust
