Walked in after the remodel. Was shocked to see how different it was inside very bare and very white. No one working seemed like they wanted to be there and the cashiers only words to us is “is that it?” After each modification. Not sure if there was a change in ownership. Went to go sit down to wait for our drinks and the cushions were all stained and barely any lighting. Would consider this a place to sit and work. Always love visiting Cha House! Great atmosphere and delicious tea.
Where to begin?
My daughter and I ordered black milk tea half sugar lite ice. Her’s included boba. It was like we were drinking two different things altogether (she spent the first 8 years of her life in Taiwan and I gave 11 years). More importantly, we’ve been with Cha House from the start. We know tea and we know the product line. These resemble neither. What happened???
