“If you’re the type of person who gets food envy…just know you’ll be jealous of your own plate by the second bite.

This place is basically an edible science experiment in the best possible way. Every bite is different because you get to create your own flavor combinations, so your taste buds never know what’s coming next.

We ordered the Angus steak, pork belly (and then immediately ordered more pork belly because apparently self-control isn’t on the menu), shrimp, and lamb. I’ve never been a lamb person because of that slightly gamey flavor, but he insists it’s incredible. As for me? The steak and pork belly absolutely stole the show.

Now here’s the life-changing tip you didn’t know you needed: take that complimentary miso sauce and use it as a marinade for the steak and pork belly. You’re welcome. I briefly considered asking for a cup to take home and drink with a straw.

Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we finished with the ice cream cups that unlocked childhood memories we forgot we had.

This isn’t just dinner—it’s an experience. It’s interactive, ridiculously delicious, and somehow every bite feels like the best bite. Safe to say they’ve created two very loyal regulars. Just save us a table…and maybe a few extra orders of pork belly.“

“I stopped by Mat Jib inside H Mart and tried the half-and-half corn dog. The cheese pull was really good, and the potato coating added a nice crispy texture and made it more filling than a regular corn dog.

The place was quite busy when I visited, with a long queue and plenty of people ordering, which seems to be a good sign of how popular it is. Even with the crowd, it was worth trying, especially if you are already shopping at H Mart and want a quick Korean snack.

Overall, a tasty and fun stop. I would definitely get the potato half-and-half corn dog again.“

“Been eating here for over 5 years. Always friendly and quick service. They never skip on the quality and even when they are busy your food is ready quick. But out of everything the best thing they serve is the Onigiri. Hands down best quick snack. Ive tried the other Onigiri that h mart sells and it lacks flavor. But the Onogiri here blows them out of the water. 10/10“

“Had a great bowl of bimbimbap with beef. Came with a side of hot steamed white rice and kimchi. Stirred up my bowl and it was extremely flavorful. All the vegetables were fresh tasting and had a great balance together. Egg was nice and runny and beef was juicy. This was a great afternoon lunch, didn't get bloated full.
This is inside H-Mart so seating feels a bit cramped and limited.“
