This place is basically an edible science experiment in the best possible way. Every bite is different because you get to create your own flavor combinations, so your taste buds never know what’s coming next.

We ordered the Angus steak, pork belly (and then immediately ordered more pork belly because apparently self-control isn’t on the menu), shrimp, and lamb. I’ve never been a lamb person because of that slightly gamey flavor, but he insists it’s incredible. As for me? The steak and pork belly absolutely stole the show.

Now here’s the life-changing tip you didn’t know you needed: take that complimentary miso sauce and use it as a marinade for the steak and pork belly. You’re welcome. I briefly considered asking for a cup to take home and drink with a straw.

Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we finished with the ice cream cups that unlocked childhood memories we forgot we had.

“finally tried Seoul Garden in Cary and it was really good. i got the bbq and cooked it at the table which was kinda fun. meat had alot of flavor and we ended up ordering more then we probably needed lol.

place was busy but we still got seated pretty quick. the lady helping us showed us how to use the grill which helped alot.

“This was my first visit to the Raleigh location on May 28, 2025 with two out of town guests. three diff dishes were ordered..brisket, St. Louis rubbed ribs and burnt ends. The brisket and burnt ends were amazing. The ribs however were dry and tough. The meat certainly did not fall off the bone. I would not recommend the ribs based on this experience.“

“Best barbecue we have ever had ! We will definitely be returning to here again. Everything was so tasty and flavorful ! The barbecue chicken was fall off the bone , the okra was fried to perfection, the potato salad was delicious too and the pulled pork was awesome with their house made sauces!Our waitress was soo nice too, was so welcoming and we really appreciated it because our family has been going through a tough time. Chengdu classic spicy broth, premium beef, vegetable assortment, spam, shrimp paste, and potatoes.

First off, the “vegetable medley” was mostly lettuce. If I wanted lettuce I could have just ordered lettuce for 1/3 the price. Don’t get this.

The rest was great. They were out of quail eggs, unfortunately. The portions were pretty large - lots of spam. The premium beef was a little pricey for the quantity but I loved the fattiness and flavour. The shrimp paste was generous. The serving utensils it came with were novel to me.

The server seemed very concerned about my ordering of the medium spicy broth. It was spicy, but quite tolerable.

It was a very Asian place. I didn’t feel English was first priority but I managed to switch the tablet to English and that helped.

First of all, they came the day before to introduce themselves, make sure they knew the location to park the truck so there would be no delay, and they had enough people on hand to take care of the staff in a quick orderly fashion. On the day of our event, they showed up one hour early, staff filtered out and they served 111 people in an hour. The food was wonderful, Romero was so kind. “Delicious food and great service even for a family of 6. The servers were very attentive. This was a great place to eat as a finish to our vacation. The wings were probably the best I’ve ever had. I got the Shearon Harris and the flavor was excellent with the right amount of heat. My wife and oldest had the regular BBQ flavor and that was also very good. The Tots with queso was amazing as well. If you’re in the area I strongly suggest trying this place out.“

The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet, making it easy to carry on a conversation. For an appetizer, I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip. My meal was the 20 oz Outlaw Ribeye with a Caesar salad and crispy Brussels sprouts, and everything was delicious!
