“I have been spending a lot of time eating at Panera's lately. Today for lunch they forgot to put my Kitchen sink cookie in my bag, The check was on the receipt-but not in my bag. I called back and spoke with Kylie and she was great. Very pleasant and nice and refunded the cookie back to my account.
II also had the steak and cheese sandwich and the chili. Both were a new item for me and were great.“
“This Panera has the BEST staff I have ever had! They are friendly, efficient, and kind! My food is always hot and ready in less than 5 minutes and the staff make sure the order is correct and have even given me extra bags for my son to play with! The quality and service are so top notch that it has become go to spot to meet with friends! I come here multiple times per week!“
“Large ice cubes in my smoothie. It isn't a huge deal, but the lack of effort is honestly impressive and I felt the need to share. It tasted good, but I'm sad because I have much less smoothie than I would have had if there weren't ice cubes in it.“
“Bobby greeted me at the drive through and he was so kind and patient and professional while he helped me figure out what I wanted to eat, and there's all these delicious options it wasn't easy! I really felt such outstanding customer service and seen and heard as an individual. You can tell Bobby and the staff here really want you to have a great experience and to enjoy the many options on the menu. In today's crazy world it's the kindness from genuine people like the folks here at Panera on Kildare Farm road. Thanks guys, your vibe made my day and I know I'm not alone when I say that.
