I have had bad experience with this place being never open in the past but today was excellent. The lady who answered the phone gave me a wonderful detail on the status of my order and was so friendly by throwing in for me and my family to be safe during the cold weather. Small comments like these make it a more personal experience. Even though it took my order a while I still give it a 10/10 thank you mam whoever you are
Small issue with my online order.Cheesesticks had seasoning on them.When we picked up they asked if everything was okay to which my fiance brought it to their attention.They didn't hesitate to make new ones and even let us keep the ones that had seasoning (which we will donate to someone who is in need of food near the Sonesta ES in Cary which we currently reside.

This Pizza Hut was outstanding. I’ve always loved Pizza Hut but have been disappointed the past few years with the service and accuracy of my orders. This Pizza Hut location did not disappoint. The employees working did an excellent job; the woman that checked us out had us check our order in front of her to make sure we were happy with everything, which I really appreciated and I’m sure makes things easier for everyone.
