Best service ever and the food was delicious! The butter chicken was amazing (and medium spicy was not very spicy) and the crazy naan we got on the side kicked it up a little. Ram and Tom provided the absolute best service and experience for us. We went with something we knew we liked this time, but there are so many great things on the menu that we want to come back and try!

Saffron Indian Cuisine is a delightful restaurant that serves delectable Indian cuisine. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including the classic menu, perfect for sharing. The food is flavorful and tender, with a focus on quality and care in preparation. The presentation is fantastic, and the portions are generous, leaving room for leftovers. The atmosphere is enjoyable, making it a great spot for a meal.
Customers praise the vindaloo for its perfect flavor balance, and the Dal bukhara and Baingan bhartha are highly appreciated. The saag paneer is very flavorful, and the pershwari naan is a favorite, even for those who don't always love naan. The Rumali roti is also highly recommended. The food often comes out quickly, especially on quieter nights, and the server is attentive, always ready to refill water.
According to recent reviews, the restaurant has a nice, quiet ambiance where customers can enjoy their meal at their own pace. The staff is described as nice, friendly, and very professional, with the waiter AJ being particularly attentive and helpful. Customers have noted that the Aloo Gobi (potato and cauliflower curry) is the best they've ever had, and the restaurant attracts many Indian customers, suggesting an authentic dining experience. However, some reviews mention that service can be slow due to a shortage of waitstaff, which may lead to longer waits for food and drinks. Despite this, the food remains excellent, with highlights including the delicious Cauliflower 65 and the highly praised chicken Vindaloo.
