“Finding a good breakfast place is something we have struggled with for years since moving to Atlantic, NC. Today we lucked out and found a GREAT little gem for breakfast. The staff was so friendly and attentive. They treated us like friends they’ve known forever. The food came out super fast, and was hot and delicious . It wasn’t greasy like so many other places we have tried. Then we noticed the breakfast buffet, which looked incredible. It was well stocked with hot fresh food and even had fresh fruit. We will definitely bypass any breakfast restaurants in Morehead & Beaufort and make the drive to Cape Carteret for a great experience and phenomenal food!!“

“They won't take reservations and we called ahead for a party of 11. After spending money at their bar on drinks and appetizers, They then tried to put us at two totally separate tables and when we requested to wait for two closer tables they refused. nobody wants to meet up with their family for vacation and have to sit apart. to top it off the manager was rude!“

“What else is there to say about a Waffle House that has the Dead playing on Thanksgiving night?? We stopped in here while visiting the area and were delighted with our whole experience! The place was clean, upbeat and noisy but in a good way. It was crowded in there, but our food was very good and the service was also good. This is one of the best Waffle Houses we have been to!

A welcome respite from all the cookie cutter chain dumps where you're lucky to receive either good service OR good food. Yanas has both, everything you would expect from local folks that care.. “Early dinner ... we had shave ribeye steak subs and fries... DELICIOUSLY flavorful!! Tried the appetizer: Chicken Brocolli Cheddar Fritter Balls-- good gracious they were AMAXING!! House made ranch dressing for dipping. Another plus was really nice gift shop on site... plus HOMEMADE old family recipe fudges!!! WOW!!
