My order was a delivery order, the omelette wasn’t bad it was just cold, I’m not pleased with the undercooked turkey sausages at all hence the 1 star, willing to discuss with any team member to rectify this 🙏
The manager was so rude I was eating inside and she didn’t even get me a good seat I felt super uncomfortable she said she could tras pass me for asking for one of her workers witch it’s my sons father and when I try to tip somebody with cash she said to not be bothering her workers I felt so disrespected I’m never coming to first watch again specially with people this rude I was a customer and I don’t think I should of been treated this way specially when I was doing anything or miss behaving I was respectful at all times I’m disappointed specially bc she should put an example since she’s a manger I saw she treated all customers right but when it came to me she was rude and had a face from this experience I won’t come back

Fun place full of UNC families and students on weekends. Quick service and fair prices.

I think at this point I'm done coming here. I've been served undercooked eggs three times now. Often the dishes on the table are dirty when you get there. The last straw was receiving bacon with what looked a lot like raw lard congealing it together. I get that accidents happen but when we politely asked our waitress to send it back she said "um....ok?" as if we were doing something out of pocket. Then when manager came she also didn't even apologize. In fact WE apologized more than she or the waitress did. We even offered to pay for our starter which we did eat and she refused to take our money thereby denying the waitress any chance of a small tip (?) Bizarre. Really unprofessional and downright dangerous with regard to the undercooked food being sent out. Walls and floors had tons of old food splatters on them too...just go to Guglhupf in Durham.
We used to come here every weekend.

I'm sorry to say that First Watch, which has been out go-to breakfast place for such a long time, has really started to disappoint. During our most recent visit, we were served undercooked eggs for the third time and we asked to have them sent back. However this time we were also served a breakfast hash with congealed raw grease (white, like Elmer's glue), and given dirty silverware and cups.
At best, First Watch has been inconsistently fine, but I think with our most recent experience we don't have much of an interest in returning.

New menu items for the fall season. The steak and eggs hash was fantastic. Our server was amazing. Best service we have had ever. We were in for breakfast on Friday and went back for breakfast with a large group, two toddlers, and he never missed a beat. Combined items for the little ones and made sure we always had what we needed.
Kid-friendliness: All of the staff was outstanding with the 1 and 3 year old children we had in our group.

Had "Red medicine" drink and breakfast burritos today. It was very good. Server was very attentive and didn't rush our small party.

I recently visited First Watch and was a bit disappointed. They were out of fruit, avocado, and several other items, which limited the menu options considerably. While the service was fine, and the food we did get was okay, the experience was a letdown due to so many unavailable items. I expect more consistency, especially from a place known for fresh ingredients. Hopefully, this was just an off day.

The food was excellent. The service was great and the fact that it’s a local cops hang out was the cherry on top.

Too long of a wait to get in there. The parking is very crammed.I like Snooze better.Maybe on a weekday this place could be OK.
Lots of healthy choices including gluten free, but somewhat skimpy portions. Food tasted average, not exceptional.
