The manager on duty, Angel, needs to be retrained on service. The cook who made my French toast needs to be retrained on how to put egg on the French toast. The expo person needs to be retrained on how to ensure the product going out looks like the photo in the menu and how to keep the food warm until the driver shows up. All of this to say, the bread wasn’t battered before it was momentarily introduced to the grill. I requested extra butter and syrup, that was not in the bag. The bread was not even slightly warm. So, when Angel suggested that this was an Uber Eats problem and he could do nothing to rectify the situation, I grew wary. I spent 30 bucks on cold bread. After pushing, I suggested he could give me a gift card, he agreed. But then he said he would have to literally mail it to me snail mail. He was an ineffective purveyor of empathy. That kid needs some training and gel with his people skills.

They were not kidding about the size of the pancakes. Good difference in the food scene. Food was good. We enjoyed the potatoes, bacon and sausages the best.
The black Lady who also sat us was extremely kind to find us good seats with good views and nobody rushed us out when it was 2:30

The food was great! The order was also a lot faster than I expected. The staff was super nice and the hostess even got me a hot coffee even I told get the coffee was cold by the door. I honestly have found my new favorite spot for breakfast. I just wish I could eat there all the time because I would. The food was great, btw! I thought the million dollar bacon was going to be overrated, but it’s really, really good. I’d love for them to do the same with beef bacon. Anybody able to eat there on a regular basis is a lucky person. I only hope the staff and service is as hospitable in the other locations.
