While I came for the bread (yummy Dakota with sunflower seeds), I succumbed to temptation and purchased a "Louisville Chicken Salad" sandwich. I loved it! Fresh and flavorful. Raw onions are put on top (optional obviously) which is greatly appreciated. So many chicken salads these days are loaded with raw onions. Great if you like that--but I prefer a light hand. Yo! The breakfast sandwich goes DUMB HARD! The biscuit was as soft as a mother's embrace and was delightfully not dry. The two young employees with whom I interacted were pleasantly precocious and eagerly engaging. Over all a positive experience that was greatly appreciated.

Great lunch today! I tried the chicken salad sandwich and am thrilled to finally find "my" kind of chicken salad--NO onions and only chicken breast (white meat). Had it on wheat & it was very tasty. My husband tried the Rachel sandwich (turkey version of Reuben) and he loved it. The staff was great, very attentive, and the sandwiches were large. Anxious to return.
