“The food was fine overall — the fig salad was very good and the affogato was delicious (with caramel sauce-delicioso). The grilled bruschetta didn't seem grilled — it was lightly toasted rather than the charred rustic bread I expected. And I thought there was too much piled on it. I didn't taste the pastas but my table mates enjoyed theirs. The service was superb— sweet and friendly and accommodating. Bravo for Massimo! He made the night enjoyable for us. Eating outside added to the ambience and felt a little more authentically Italian despite “Volare” playing in the background.“

“AMAZING FOOD, My roommate and I stopped for a bite and I got 2 slices of pizza and my roommate got a sub, it was so wonderful, the crust was soft and crispy with fresh ingredients, each slice was loaded and worth the price, the owner was a delight and truly prides himself of his craft and you can tell he how they treat you like family, they gave us free garlic knots and you can see why they are the best thing on the menu 100000/10“

“We stumbled upon this place after a tour of the college, and boy am I glad we did! It was the authentic pizza my Italian hubs needed down here! It was so good we ordered a pizza to bring home to Wilmington with us! We will definitely be back, I need to try the rest of that menu.“

“I love this place. They actually do pizza by the slice and u don't need to sit there with a waiter/wastress just to get pizza. I'm from Long Island, the king of pizza, and think place couldn't hold it's ground there, but they are AMAZING for NC pizza. Also, it like 5 min from my house so that helps“
