i LOVE kurama i always get the philly roll and their green tea ice cream. the sushi is so fresh and consistently tastes amazing and the prices are amazing. my favorite restaurant and the staff is amazing
My go-to sushi place! Have been coming here since I was a child, pretty much the only Japanese-owned restaurant in the area. The sushi is just incredible and is more affordable than most other sushi places. The service can be slow, especially at peak hours since it's really only the owner making the sushi. I come here as much as possible, i’m a chapel hill local and with all the fun and diverse food i still catch myself running here. the ramen is brothy, not too much toppings and yummy noodles. I personally love the lava roll, i love how they warm it up, definitely worth trying. the staff is so friendly and always very welcoming, if you’re ever wanting a cozy bowl of ramen, kuramas is the place.
