I have never encountered such an impolite, bad-mannered, or just outright rude staff in my entire life. If you call them, you get yelled at on the phone by annoyed clerks. If you try to return something, they send you away while insulting you. If you want to check something out, there is only ever one person checking people out at any given time, who wants to be anywhere but there, and they want you to know it too.
