One of my guests has recently been diagnosed as diabetic. His new diet does not allow him to eat potatoes. The staff would not substitute a vegetable for the potatoes that came with the beef. He had to order an extra side dish and not eat the potatoes. I can't believe that substitutions are not allowed in this day and age given the focus on healthier eating.

Don't skip the focaccia or salads. We really enjoyed stopping here before heading to the Blumenthal for a show. Great cocktails, super fresh salads. Can't wait to go back for a special occasion!

We ate at Aria for the first time this weekend after a show at Blumenthal. The food was amazing and the service was incredible. We didn’t know it but there is a chefs table that you can request that gives you a close up
View of the kitchen but you need at least 6 people to sit at that table. If you go, ask for Enzo as your waiter….he makes the experience even better.
