There were only 3 employees working. They did an excellent job serving the 12 to 15 people. Food was freshly prepared, served hot, excellent service of the manager who was running the front of the house by herself. All the tables was clean and ready for the next customer. There was not a pile of dirty dishes waiting to go to the kitchen.
Haven’t been to a Bob Evan’s in forever. We walked in and greeted by the cook, who sat us. Looked like only a few people working a Sunday morning.I think the only waitress there took our order. Food was okay. I ordered a bowl that should have had hollandaise sauce, had maybe a tsp. Ended up putting ketchup on it to finish it. Husband s food was good but not spectacular.
