One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been to! I drive down from Greensboro to visit friends and we make it a point to stop here. Jose always makes us feel at home! Highly recommend their food!
I am a newbie to eating Indian food and have only had a few dishes, chicken tika marsala being my favorite. I have only eaten Indian food from tabla, which is not too far from this place. Wanted to try a new place last night so we went here figuring it would be just as good.The inside of the restaurant is actually pretty nice, especially compared to tabla.. and our server was nice. But the pricing for the food was higher than tabla or a few other nearby Indian restaurants....
After so many recommendations on Reddit, we decided to try out this place. But alas! Not worth the hype! We really were excited to try their tandoori chicken, and it was dry to the core. No spice, no tenderness in the meat, no taste. Secondly, malai chicken kebab was a bit less dry but NO spice here too! .Being disappointed, we tried vegetarian options, Malai kofta and navratan korma, which was good and the 3 star rating is solely due to the vegetarian food that we ordered.The...
