The Mediterranean food was really good and found out there are some located in Atlanta 👍🏽
Terrible customer service and management. We ordered food for delivery and the kids meals were left off. When we called the store to rectify the situation no solution was offered. They blamed doordash for the mistake and hung up on us when we weren’t happy with that answer. Very unhappy customers. It’s a shame, we used to love Cava.
Ugh, we love the food but are getting VERY frustrated with our orders continually not being ready 20-30 minutes AFTER the “promise time.” As I write this, it is 8:12, and we are still waiting on an order that was to be picked up at 7:45.
Almost always something is forgotten or left out, and the only solution they offer is “come back and get it,” which for various reasons is not always a viable solution. It doesn’t feel like this location has Cava’s crack team...read full review
