Not efficient. You cannot use the app or get points. Extended wait time to order experienced. Non-standard order of sandwich without pickles resulted in a much longer pickup time. Food was great. Received extra chicken on the salad.
Winter provided a level of customer service beyond what any customer could expect. Kind, patient, and went above and beyond. Made a really hard day for me much better and more bearable.
