While I understand why people are complaining about this location I at the same time somewhat don’t. Ordered 3 bowls because doordash had a 25% for one and I do consistently like the burritos. Read the reviews and kind of regretted ordering but when I got there everything was clean, they were nice and simple didn’t do the “how can I clearly be fake nice to you” and I checked the bowls and they were fine. Only slight complaint is I paid for adobo sauce and didn’t get...

I love chipotle… but to be out of more then one item @6pm just seems like a supply issue or lazy employees… I’ve been here multiple times and they are continually out of stuff unless it’s 11am. Consistency is key and this is something this store just doesn’t have.

easily the best chipotle i’ve been to in charlotte. not sure what’s going on in the other reviews but every time i go, my order is perfect, the people are friendly, and everything is always done in a timely manner. shoutout to the asian guy (don’t know his name sorry) that’s usually working the mobile order station, he needs a raise!
