I tried to order pizza 5 times in 1 night and kept getting the run around and disconnected..After taking my information and my order....Nothing.....Poor Service
Last night, i ordered 2 pizzas, pasta and dessert for 4 little girls for my daughter's birthday party. It was ordered through the website at 6:26pm. After an hour I called the store, a man answered, checked on my order and told me my order had just gone into the oven(tracker said different) and that it would be another 25 minutes to get to me.
I kept calling the store cause the kids were starving and no one answered. I called 6 times and sat on hold for up to 30 minutes...read full review
Don’t order from this location unless you like to wait over 2 hours for them to even start cooking your food. Don’t order from this location unless you like to be insulted when you call you asking about where your order is. Don’t order from this location unless you like cold pizza. And don’t order from this location unless you own a pizza cutter, cause they will deliver uncut pizza.
