Took 10 minutes to just take one order, gave me the wrong order then said to come to the window for my order just for them to not be able to communicate with each other for my order till I finally got my order after another 10 minutes of waiting, I know cookout is not known for great service but after tonight I'm never going to another cookout again because how unorganized this location was tonight.

Bought 3 burger meals- 2 of them had a burger split in half (maybe even thirds). Pictured below- lettuce and tomato removed so you can see the burger. It was a to go order- otherwise we would have sent back. I work within walking distance and will never return. Horrible service.
This burger was clearly cut and split into multiples, by the looks of the reviews looks like it happens a lot. Maybe Cookout should deal directly with the location rather than canned responses to each comment.

I asked for a honey wrap and they gave me a wrap with cookout honey mustard on it and I also order a burger with mayo lettuce, and ketchup as u can see the burger is incorrect

This was the first time I ever backed out of a line and left a fast food restaurant. The guy taking my order was paying absolutely no attention. I had to repeat it three times and he spoke in a sort of english language, I could not understand. I had to leave out of frustration. Drove 30 minutes to get there and was afraid to order because of the rudeness, didn't want anything happening to my food... Edit I called the customer service, I didn't even know what store I was at because I'm not from down here. I don't know North and South Charlotte from a hole in the wall, and I was hoping to get some sort of free milkshake or something cuz it took about 10 minutes for the phone call and all I got was a thank you....

used to enjoy coming here. they’ve been getting new employees & not training them well. orders over cooked, completely wrong or given other people’s orders. they need to SLOW DOWN. & when i came back to have them correct the issues, they gave me attitude, acted like it was my fault & then threw together a sloppy burger for me. had had to get them to correct it AGAIN. But it was thrown together smashed with finger marks all on the bun & it fell apart when i tried eating it. what is going on at this cookout??? get it together.
