I just had a horrible experience at n this place and honestly It’s fast food so normally I wouldn’t even bother however I think it’s important for the company to know how dishonest and careless… the management or whoever she was is… I’m leaving and they wave me down saying my card didn’t go through but it did … I get out walk to the window and apparently they charged me for the wrong order … the white guy with gauges was cool a d apologetic he was being trained … so I explained can you just charge me the difference because it’s going to take a while for my void to hit my card and this wasn’t my mistake the lady was so incredibly nasty …. This obviously is their fault and now I’m inconvenienced after being super rude snatching things out of my phone she lied and said she would and charged my card the full amount … I don’t know who is letting her train but she is horrid and I assure you if she is the one showing your staff how to interact with others I won’t be the only one complaining. Not to mention they didn’t put cheese in my burger nor give me the double onion ring I paid for … I really recxomend you going to another location this was by far the worst experience I have ever had a cookout.

I go here all the time for a cheap bite for lunch when I'm working. Some hot fries and a decent burger make those workdays just a bit better. I also love the oreo milkshake as a treat.
Cook-Outs in general tend to get certain details on orders wrong which some take a lot of issue with but just check your meal after you get it to make sure, we're all human we make mistakes.
The real thing I take issue with is that this particular location charges an extra 30 cents for the tray compared to the Cook-Out I eat at when I'm home. Not the end of the world but always a slight bother.

We went back to the walk up window and let them know and they replaced all of the milkshakes. I'll give two stars since they did redo

Never going to this cookout or any other cookout again. I pulled in the second line at about 8:30 tonight, 10/17. I was met with about a ten minute wait time or longer as I watched at the very least 8 cars in the first line run through with efficiency. Once I got to the second window after contemplating driving off, I got the complete wrong order. The drinks were correct so I assumed it was correct. It was completely incorrect. I tried to ask for sauce and quickly got the door shut on my face. I went back AFTER i got home and realized. Once I went back I assumed going to the walk up window would be faster but I was wrong. After waiting about ten minutes I let a young girl know I was just here and got the two trays that were wrong. She calls a manager over and he comes over and says he will handle it. A couple minutes later now someone comes and hands us the correct order while asking for the incorrect one back. I asked if we could keep it and she said no, why would I let you do that? I told her because you guys were wrong, made me wait for in total at least 30 minutes, made me drive back for the correct food, and still wait in the cold for it?? It was your fault. I asked if she was going to throw the food away and said yes, but you can't have it. I said it was your mistake, we should be able to have a couple of fries to make up for it. While I was waiting on my food, I watched a young guy throw a shake to someone else working. Not hand THROW. Just know your shakes have probably touched the ground;) I also watched the woman who messed up irritatingly ask her coworkers "oh, they came back?" Yes I did! It was $17 and took an hour out of my night for two trays. No apology no nothing, just the food i should have gotten an hour ago. Extremely extremely rude staff except for the one manager.
