I always come to this cookout location, and I’ve been coming here since they opened but tonight they have a new employee I’ve never seen before and I received the best service ever. Tiran Was attentive and wasn’t rushing me to place my order. He even suggested I try something different. I was very pleased with the service.
I had 2 other people in the car with me and nobody knew what they wanted it was midnight and we were being a little complicated (I work in food service) there was an African American man with glasses working in the drive thru and he was so patient and kind to us. The food was hot and fresh and the milkshakes were amazing.

Really gone downhill. Service is slow now, they randomly send people out of lanes and randomly close/open the second lane with no warning. Out of 30% of the menu at least. They've apparently permanently run out of multiple menu items. Sad it used to be great quality but it's...
