I would have mixed experiences at this location when they first opened and stop going to this store for a while but gave them a second chance this year and they have stepped it up. Worth a second chance if you stopped using this location for your cookie fix in the past.
Very first time going and it was quick service but I didn’t get a welcome,smile,or even a hello so I mean if you are socially awkward definitely go no complains tho I loved my experience:)
i LOVE this crumbl location!! the staff are so nice and fast and the cookies are always fresh and fully cooked unlike the fort mill location !!! shekenia and jasmine are such wonderful girls and are so helpful :)
