I got a dunkalatte and donut, and the guys working there couldn't have been nicer! One asked the line if anyone was ordering a latte because they were cleaning the machine, I didn't mind to wait the 5 minutes because I've got connection time to kill. My coffee was delicious! The only complaint would be that the donut wasn't great, it tasted old, and I heard them tell the line that there was no hot food, just a heads up because that looks like a common complaint....

Asked for a medium iced tea, light ice, 2 liquid sugars. In Every State I have tried their iced tea, it usually tastes like burnt coffee beans even though it's Tea. Should have returned it; didn't want to miss my flight.

Chris the Manager and staff went above and beyond to give me thee best service possible!!!! Shout out to Charlotte Dunkin Donuts for excellent Customer service for me and it was my first time in Charlotte!!!! I love it cause treatments like this makes me come back.... Keep up the Good Work!!!!!
