Decent clean store. The parking lot was clean as well. I did not like the fact that because I chose not to run my bank card as debit I had to go in to pay. The staff wasn't friendly but not rude either. Dont expect a smile and a sincere, "Have a good day" type of customer service. If the customer service was a bit warmer, I'd give 5 stars.
This bread place is awesome! They have tons of different Guatemalan breads and tamales. Every time I am in Charlotte I try to come and have some. Ask for the champurradas, hojaldras or churros if you want toasted bread, almost like vainilla cookies or you can ask for the conchitas, cubiletes, royales if you want bread with a denser sweet dough. There is also quesadillas, a sweet bread with a dry cheese that is outstanding. Tamales are very yummy and you will not be dissapointed.

I google searched for a Panaderia Mexicana and it gave me this option. I went there thinking it was mexican bread but when I got there I figured it was from Guatemala (other comments confirm this). Sorry but the bread was not delicious and it tasted old.
