Every part of our meal was delicious. The focaccia with pistachio ricotta with regional olive oils, mushroom tortelloni and sunny cavetelli were excellent. The cheese cloud! Topped it off with the tiramisu. Chef’s kiss

Fabulous food, service & atmosphere. Reilly was outstanding!

Paying $3 pp for a reservation was a first. I wouldn't mind it if it was credited back, but it wasn't.

I’m a little confused as to why there was so much salt in our food. We ordered focaccia toast samplers, celebrian crab cakes, wagyu steak and eggs, and carbonara and all of them were very salty except apple and ricotta toast. Flavors would’ve been perfect without the salt on top. I would like to give them the benefit of doubt and try again. Hopefully this was a one time thing. Service was great and the vibes were amazing too.

Great service and reasonable portions for the price and how fresh everything tasted. So glad I skipped the ficoccia app to have room for their delicious olive oil cake. Very nice Tri Amaro cocktail as well.

Overall, it was good, but the food was way too salty.

They’re using too much flake salt as a crutch. We had a good variety of dishes and every single one of them came with flake salt. And the focaccia sampler one of the bites had enough salt to where it was crunching in my mouth and overwhelmed any other flavor. I also had the Wagyu steak and at one point I felt like I was just eating metal with meat texture. Almost like I was eating off of pewter or zinc silverware.

Service was great, waiter knew the menu and was attentive to our table.

It’s really disappointing that they’re adding excessive amounts of salt. I’m sure the underlying flavor and seasoning would’ve been great. They ruined a lot of their dishes today for us.

Great experience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a really nice gentleman. He chatted with us and made us feel like we were old friends. Our waitress, Alison was wonderful. She made great suggestions and was very attentive. checking in just often enough.
The food was absolutely amazing. Everything was seasoned perfectly. There is nothing that could have made the experience any better. We will come back our next trip to NC.

This is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Charlotte! Phenomenal service, food, and atmosphere. Every dish was beautiful crafted and flavorful. They even wrote us a thoughtful card for our anniversary. We will definitely be back!

Good food and ambience but pricey. Their beef tartare is outstanding! Slow and friendly service provides an opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere. Reservations are a must but did not like the surcharge added to the bill per person for reserving a table! Their olive oil cake for dessert was dry and blend. Parking is troublesome. Cautiously recommended

Wow! What a wonderful experience in all the ways.
I could write many paragraphs about the epic experience. Simply. It could be summed up as the best meal I have had in Charlotte in the 26 years that I lived here.

Thank you to the team at Ever Andalo for a wonderful evening!

I want to thank the manager who completely turned our experience around at brunch last Sunday morning. We had a couple of dishes come out late due to the kitchen having to remake one of them without meat as requested. They responded wonderfully and brought out potatoes, pancakes, and discounted our bill. His response and actions made up for any disappointment. A lot of restaurants don’t respond that way. He went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t hangry. He is aware that Ever Andalo has a good reputation to uphold and he did all of the right things to turn our experience around. Also, brunch did not disappoint. We had the carbonara, ricotta pancakes, crab cakes, focaccia, and sunny cavetelli. I already have my next reservation booked and can’t wait for my friends to experience their first dinner experience here :)

Wish I could give this place a 4.5. The food is amazing, and it honestly is so hard to not lick the plate clean. And that’s one of the very few restaurants I’ve been to that I can say that about.

That being said, I have seen some changes to the food recently that’s a little disappointing. For instance, the octopus is one the best things on the menu, and the sauce is literally to DIE for, I genuinely cannot get enough of it. But the portion sizes have decreased to the point where I think it’s much less worth the price. The pieces of octopus are tiny and a little unsatisfying, especially compared to before. The kale salad is what I get every single time (which is crazy, because I never EVER order salad at restaurants), but the last time I went they got rid of the Parmesan crisp, reduced the portion size, and way overdressed the salad (and I say that as someone who loves sauces and dressing). Again, it was still heavenly and I would still order it, but the changes that have been made aren’t positive in my opinion. Another disappointment was the carrots. I hate carrots but I used to LOVE the ones here (this was also the only restaurant I have ever wanted to order carrots), and now they are kind of dry and no longer the same. However, the last time I was here, I did have the most wonderful waitress and she really made our experience special.

Overall, still an amazing restaurant and one of my favorite in Charlotte, but there have been some changes to menu items that are disappointing.

For the most part, the food is great. They’ve come up with clever up-sells such as the “cheese cloud,” which is just a fluffy pile of grated cheese to enhance your pasta. Come on, y’all. Clearly an effort to ratchet up the check. It works, and we enjoyed it, nonetheless. They really want to show you a good time.

I absolutely love this restaurant—it’s genuinely one of my favorite spots in Charlotte! The food is delicious, the drinks are amazing, and the ambiance is always great.

However, I’m taking away one star because of my recent to-go order from the kids’ menu. I ordered spaghetti for my daughter, and the portion was shockingly small—barely more than a mouthful. On top of that, it was overly buttery and just not enjoyable. I completely understand that it’s a kids’ meal, but the serving size and quality were disappointing. I actually had to go out and get her something else to eat afterward.

Hopefully, this was just a one-time slip-up, because everything else about this place is truly wonderful.
