No matter how busy they may be, the food and service is always great.And they have the best Diet Coke in the world. Better than McDonald’s. They mix it by hand.Kid-friendliness: The chef came out just to say hi to our child and kept waving to him through the window and ended up bringing him some ice cream. It’s depressingly hard to come by genuinely good service. After an awful day I was in desperate need of some peace and Growlers Pourhouse delivered. We came in late on a Saturday night and just got two beers. They all had smiles on their faces, even the bouncer was respectful. They treated us with respect, made a good recommendation and brought us waters with our bill. And the best part is they all seemed genuinely happy to be there.
