Every part of our meal was delicious. The focaccia with pistachio ricotta with regional olive oils, mushroom tortelloni and sunny cavetelli were excellent. The cheese cloud! Topped it off with the tiramisu. Chef’s kiss

I’m a little confused as to why there was so much salt in our food. We ordered focaccia toast samplers, celebrian crab cakes, wagyu steak and eggs, and carbonara and all of them were very salty except apple and ricotta toast. Flavors would’ve been perfect without the salt on top. I would like to give them the benefit of doubt and try again. Hopefully this was a one time thing. Service was great and the vibes were amazing too.
