I was there Saturday May 3 around 4:30 ish and left without eating. The staff had bad energy and they acted like they didn’t want to serve us. It was in the middle of the rainstorm Saturday and when we walked in they just Stared at us. We were not greeted like other patrons. The manager im assuming didnt make an effort after we stood there soak and wet from the rain storm we just walked out of. The server Andrew is very rude. When we decided to leave after not drinking our tea or water he rolled his eyes and walked off. He’s very unprofessional. I do not spend my money in places where I’m not respected or treated well.

This place is a local favorite. It has a cozy, southern atmosphere and fantastic food. The service was also on point- our waiter was very attentive. I had the sangria, fried chicken, kale salad, and Mac and cheese. Their chicken is to die for! I would HIGHLY suggest asking for some hot sauce- it’s house-made habanero.

Nice low lit atmosphere, perfect for a date night. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing. I was very impressed with the portion side, I thought it would be small plates. I took leftovers hime and I hardly do that. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem. Best friend chicken in CLT, get it Nashville hot! All of the sides are great, I personally love the hoppin john and collards. The tater tots melt in your mouth. The fried chicken was absolutely delicious, perfectly crispy and flavorful. But the highlight for me was the Trout Dip; it was simply amazing! The combination of flavors made it a must-try. Overall, I highly recommend Haberdish for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and excellent service!

The ambiance and decor is really cool. The service was friendly and accomodating. The bar program is on point offereing cocktails, wine and beverages catered to everyone, and the food is simply amazing!! I would comeback again and again

The atmosphere is very welcoming & the heated patio area is nice for pretty big parties. The staff are so nice, they always came to check on us in a timely fashion. The food portions are big! You definitely get what you pay for. Now, I'll tell you...my husband & I look at the menus before we go to a new place and were invited here for a birthday dinner. We honestly didn't see much we'd try because the menu is not your average foods/combinations. When we got there we decided to get a few things & everything was great!! Pleasantly surprised! The hot honey fried oysters were tasty, my trout was delicious, the crispy brussel sprouts were AMAZING, the fried chicken was good & so was the mac n cheese. Even my daughter's grilled cheese sandwich was super cheesy and gooey. All the adults there said they'd eat that too! We tried others dishes too & hushpuppies are *chefs kiss*, tater tots put me in the mind of fried mashed potatoes, the sweet potato dumplings are a whole flavor explosion that I never expected and the greens were a bit too bitter for many of our liking. I wish I would've gotten more pictures of everything but as soon as things hit the table they were shared and eaten. We will be back!

This was extremely good Southern style cooked food. The service was amazing just like the food. The sides come separately but are kinda meant to be shared. The portions for the price are definitely justified. I honestly wish I had enough room for the desserts but that'll have to wait till next time.
