Hanabi Sushi & Hibachi Express is a popular restaurant known for its tasty hibachi and sushi dishes. Customers appreciate the fair portion sizes and the fresh ingredients used in their meals. The Chicken hibachi with white sauce is flavorful and well-cooked, while the chicken teriyaki and sushi options like spicy crab sushi and Philadelphia roll are generally enjoyed, though some find the sushi slightly lacking in flavor or spice. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including noodles, rice, vegetables, and different sushi rolls, with the noodles being highly recommended, especially the udon noodles, which some customers are eager to try making at home. The atmosphere is clean and cozy, with limited seating inside, so visiting during busy hours might be challenging. The staff are described as friendly, kind, and attentive, creating a welcoming environment that makes customers feel like family. While most reviews are positive about the food and service, one customer mentioned experiencing stomach discomfort after a meal, indicating that individual reactions may vary. Overall, Hanabi Sushi & Hibachi Express is praised for its good food, friendly service, and reasonable prices, making it a solid choice for those craving hibachi or sushi.
