Hello, I just wanna start off by saying I love Hawthorne‘s and they are my go to spot for pizza. I have always had a great experience. Yesterday I picked up four pizzas for my kids birthday party, and unfortunately, the bottoms were completely charred leaving a burnt taste. This has never happened before not sure what has changed in the process.

Hawthorne's in Ballantyne was a bit busy tonight with some impatient customers. However, Sarah & Kelly were very friendly, apologetic, & accommodating to not just my family, but other patrons as well. They handled themselves with great customer service even while being treated unfairly by some rude customers. Once we sat at our table, we were greeted by Andrea, who was so attentive & pleasant. She made sure our drinks never ran low & our food was perfect....

We just had the most AMAZING pizza experience at Hawthorne’s New York Pizza and Bar in Ballantyne and I’m still overexcited about it! 🤩🍕

My wife and I ordered the Mozzarella pizza and the Luau pizza, and honestly — nothing better I have ever tried. The cheese was perfectly melted, the crust had that true New York flavor, and the Luau combination was just next level. Every bite felt like a celebration!
